Some people have a mechanic, auto body shop, or tire repair service that they know and trust with their vehicle. If that is you, just provide the name and address of where you want the vehicle taken and we will get it there. If you get a flat tire after normal business hours we may still be able to take your vehicle to your provider of choice or we can store the vehicle overnight at our impound yard for an additional fee and deliver it the next day.
The second option is changing your tire on the spot if you have a spare tire on hand. Changing the tire on the side of the road can be a hazard, but allowing our trained tow truck drivers to do the job ensures that the proper tools are present and other drivers are more apt to slow down when they see a tow truck pulled over on the side of the road. We can change a tire quickly, efficiently, and safely. If you are a AAA member let us know that! We are an approved AAA towing service provider so our fee to change your tire may be paid in part or in full by AAA.
